Pack sizes are the case sizes your customers can build, for example 6 and 12 bottles.
Choose your sizes
In Panaché > Settings, tick the sizes you offer: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 12 bottles. The preview immediately shows the message your customers will see.
Sizes combine
With packs of 6 and 12, an order of 18 bottles is accepted: one case of 12 and one case of 6. With packs of 2, 4 and 6, an order of 8 bottles is accepted: a pack of 6 and a pack of 2.
What the customer sees
If the cart is incomplete, the customer sees the nearest pack and the next size up. Example with 2, 4 and 6: “Add 1 bottle for a pack of 4, or 3 for the pack of 6”.
Free plan
The Free plan allows one pack size. To offer several, upgrade to the Standard plan.
