Exempt your trade customers

Let restaurants and wine shops order by the bottle with a customer tag.

Written before the app's release: menu labels may still change.

Your trade customers (restaurants, wine shops) can order by the bottle, with no pack constraint.

Set it up

  1. In Shopify, add a tag to these customers, for example pro.
  2. In Panaché > Settings > Exemptions, enter this tag.

Good to know

  • The customer must be logged in to their account for the exemption to apply.
  • Available from the Standard plan.
